Andrea C. McLean

I’ve Walked the Path You’re On.

I spent over 35 years in global corporate leadership leading teams across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. I know what it’s like to navigate high-stakes decisions, balance competing demands, and want more for your career without losing yourself in the process.

Four years ago, I made the intentional decision to pivot to my true passion: coaching women to rise in leadership while staying grounded in who they are.

Today, as a board-certified executive, career, and life coach, and award-winning author of Decide to Be Your Future Self and The F.L.A.P. Method®, I help women break the mold, trust their instincts, and build careers they love. My approach is personal, practical, and proven. Because there’s no one else like you, and your future deserves to reflect that.
